This old wagon was discovered, breaking down on a farm in Toodyay,Wheatbelt country, Western Australia.
Sadly this part of our pioneer history is slowly disappearing. The shed that was originally around the wagon has already gone back to the land.I wanted to capture what was left in an artform before it also disappears.
Created during my time in the Western Australian Wheatbelt;to remember our Pioneers and the hardship that they had to endure, which has enabled our life in the country possible.
